Riley Rees is the Founder and CEO of Sofia Health, a fast-growing wellness marketplace connecting clients with top health and wellness professionals.
As a U.S. Air Force veteran and MIT graduate, Riley brings a powerful blend of discipline, innovation, and marketing expertise to the wellness industry. Her background in healthcare and deep understanding of consumer behavior drive her mission: to make whole-person care more accessible—and to help wellness providers grow profitable, sustainable businesses.

We see the burden that individual practitioners face with technology and marketing. We want a future where access to well- being isn’t limited by marketing budgets. Our platform allows practitioners to work together, individuals can find and book appointments in minutes, not days, and employers can find speakers and wellness entrepreneurs to come into the office. Our platform empowers everyone to live their healthiest, happiest lives.
